Effective Date: 2/11/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Quality Value Exterior Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, you agree to the following:

1. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting.

Final pricing may be adjusted if:

Additional buildup or staining is present
Square footage differs from provided information
Access limitations require additional labor

Clients will be notified before any price adjustments.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and card payments.

Card payments may be subject to a processing/convenience fee.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unsafe conditions.

4. Property Access

Client is responsible for:

Providing clear access to work areas
Securing pets
Removing fragile items from service areas
Ensuring water access (if required)

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

5. Assumption of Risk

Exterior cleaning involves water pressure, chemicals, and surface agitation.

While we use professional methods (including soft washing when appropriate), we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Loose siding, trim, shutters, or gutters
Oxidation marks
Faded paint
Improper prior installations
Water intrusion due to faulty seals or caulking

Cleaning may reveal previously hidden defects.

6. Stain & Rust Removal

Some stains (rust, oil, red clay, battery acid, etc.) may not be fully removable.

We do not guarantee 100% stain removal.

7. Window Cleaning

Hard water staining, failed window seals, or etched glass cannot be corrected through standard cleaning. We are not responsible for pre-existing glass defects.

8. Gutter Cleaning

Debris will be removed from gutters and downspouts when accessible.

We are not responsible for underground drainage issues or pre-existing gutter damage.

9. Photography & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes.

No personal information will be shared.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quality Value Exterior Services LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the total amount paid for the service provided.

11. Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
